hey i can't figure out how to change my ticker been a while and i guess i forgot how but i am down 105lbs way below where i thought i would get too!!!! i think that makes my bmi in the healthy range not obese not overweight but healthy!!!!

i saw 178 today!!! 8 more days to my 3rd anniv. and 1 more pound 'til 100 lost!!! hope i make it tp and others i so understand where you are all i can say is stay in there and when you get to your sweet spot it really helps.

just 2 weeks until my 3rd anniversery and today i saw 179 i started the lapband process at 277 so just 2 more lbs and i will make 100 in three years!!! probably won't quite make it but i am so excited to be this close. actually my highest weight was 283, so guess i did make 100!!!

btw has anyone talked to LisaG lately???

l2 i know what you mean about normal size aint it great i thought i would never get to shop at any store but the fat lady store and now i can get clothes anywhere the most exciting was buying jeans at the GAP unbelievable!!!. never give up and get those fills is my advice, i am almost 3 years out and only 4-5 lbs more and my BMI will be in the normal range NOT overweight or obese, i started out morid obese!!! YAY my total loss is 90lbs the last 10 or so i can see a difference, it is hard for me to see what i look like, the other day i saw my body's reflection in a window and i really saw the difference in me for the first time!! this has been a hard journey but it is worth it all, my son got married in march and i am not the biggest person in the pictures that is such a good feeling!!! one more nsv my husband and i weight the same i just wish my 180 looked as good as his 180!!! i am in no way bragging about this just wanted to share with you all that it is possible. i am never hungry, have finally learned that you don't have to eat a but load of stuff to survive, i am very tight but havent had to have a fill in over a year. so if this slow turtle can do it you all can too.

hey guys i am still loosing slowly but steady i am at 90lb lost from the start of lapband and around 100 from the highest which was 2-3 yrs before lapband. my husband and i weigh about the same i just don't understan why his 186 looks so much better than my 186!!!

malti after 3 fills i had no more restriction then i did from the begining so they ck the port under flouro using contrast dye and when they did the fill you could see it pouring into the tissue around the port. of course i still blame them because of the number of sticks i had with each fill the drs could never fill me without at least 6-8 sticks or under flouro!!!

peri i already have had mine tubing repair it was done 3/07 maybe they weren't doing it in the office back then!!! glad you are doing ok, the pain did not last long when i had mine done just some soreness for a couple of days susan

alig, how did it go hope you are feeling ok!!! wish had had the option to have mine repair done in the office, but the drs didnot even offer that option to me and my repair at the surg. center cost me $2000!!! hey today i realized my BMI is only overweight not obese or morbid obese!!! YAY!!!

malti good for you!!! i keep playing 3-4 lbs somedays i am at 197 and somedays it is 200 i just wish it would stay below 200!!! but that is truly a big event in a banster life!!!

:confused:i have not had a fill since 2-08 i have been very tight and know i have been playing with fire staying so tight but the last time i when to my dr. when i was so tight he took to much of the fill out and i could eat a horse and was really hungry!!! i have had heartburn at night, and my band is very finicky i never know what will stay or what will cause a pb!!! but i have learned to eat less and stop eating before 6:00 at night and for the first time i have lost weight at a steady pace since feb (1-2lbs a week). but the last few days i seem to be able to eat a little more and haven't had heartburn. could this be a slip or the band losening up some since i have lost around 40lbs since the last fill??? oh and i don't have any pain unless i am stuck.:thumbup: i seldom ever post but to read a lot on the board and have not really seen anyone with this problem

glo i saw lisa at wallyworld last week!!! she looks great, but is discouraged at no weight loss on the scales, i think she needs a fill, cut she is over a year out and now has to pay what ins. doesn't pay that makes you think twice about getting one and then have to have it removed!! she was on the trail on a couple of promising jobs and i haven't heard if she took one of the jobs.
