About this blog

Hi, I saw my Dr. today for my 2 week postop checkup. I have lost 10 lbs in two weeks. He was thrilled. I can now move on to pureed and soft foods. Anyone have some good ideas they ate while on this diet. Thanks, Terry

I am feeling pretty good today. Actually, starting to feel hungry which is good as the last two days I drank my clear liquids and ate my jello and popsicles just because I knew if I didn't I would become dehydrated. The body functions are all working good and the bloating from the surgery seems to be going down. Turning over in bed in the hardest thing yet, but gettng better. I am on a pain med, but don't take it as often as I can as I don't feel I need it. Thanks for everyone's support.
