I went to the doc today and was finally given the ok to eat. There were so many foods that I saw ,wanted, or craved when I couldn't have them that now that I've been told to eat, I dont know what to eat first. Also, It's been 4 weeks and 22 lbs gone. for me, it was worth the wait. www.my-calorie-counter.com The webs free Fitness'>http://www.my-calorie-counter.com/"]Fitness Journal >
How do I deal with the haters? I havent told anyone except spouse and children that I was getting banded. there is one person at work that knows because we were both doing this on a buddy system, except she had GBP surgery. she is doing well and have lost 75 lbs and the haters are really giving her hell. What do I do? go ahead and tell them or continue to lie about it. Im 12 days out of surgery right now, but they will soon start to see my weight loss as well.
