Surgery This Wednesday!!!

I just found this site the other day. I'am having my lap band surgery this Wednesday at Hurley Hospital In Flint MI. I'am on a liguid diet for 1 week before and two weeks after the surgery. I had to purchase the Liguid kit on line for 228.00. So far so good, its day four. Any advice for before or after surgery?
