Note to self:

Do not burn new Yankee Peppermint Cocoa candle when trying to avoid sugar and all forms of treats.

Stupid candle-- Now I'm craving brownies!

Thanks for the tip! :(

Those scented candles can be murder... I have a cinnamon roll candle that I have a serious love/hate relationship with. If I could chisel some out I'd probably take a bite... :)

LOL! It's a good thing we can't eat them because I think there's a lot of us that would be in trouble!

and cinnamon roll candles are absolutley the best. My husband hates it when i burn them because he gets all excited thinking I've baked him something. Poor guy.

I read Dr Phils weight loss books and one of the rules for creating a "fail safe environment" was to get rid of all food scented candles, room sprays, potpourri's etc... I buy the rain scents or fresh linen scents and love those, but still ate half a pan of brownies monday when struck by pms... go figure.
