So last night I was in extreme amounts of pain at my port site. Its not red or infected or anything, but I decided to go see the dr today and he wants to do a scope to see whats up. He thinks my symptoms are probably some erosion or that my port has flipped (I didn't even know that was possible...) so pray for me, I am kinda freaked out.

If the port has flipped it is a relatively easy procedure to fix it. I do know people that this has happened to.

Wow you’ve only been banded not even 3 months, and he already suspects you might have erosion? I always thought that was something that happened over a period of time.

Would you consider re-banding if it is erosion? I’m just curious. I go over that question for myself all the time..
