Need answers!!!!!

Okay so I'm 15 months out and have only lost 30 pounds I have been maintaining my weight for 4.5 months now.....Went to the DR today and he is putting me on a 3 month LIQUID Meal Replacement DIET!!!!!!!!!Are you kidding me????????I can barely eat 2 meals a day so I have good restriction. So he is thinking I'm not getting in all my Protein and is hopeing this will start jump my weight loss.....This is the same PRE-OP DIET some people have to do before surgery..........Its from Bariatric Advantage..........So if anyone has heard of this PLEASE let me know and if you have ANY ADVICE please give........Thanks Shannon

I would go for the liquid diet and some good foods too. Sounds like your metabolism has slowed down and an increase in quantity intake will reassure it that you are not in a famine situation and it should relax the panic energy-conserving mode your body has probably gone into .

The low cal liquid diets are high in Protein and have lots of Vitamins and trace elements in, combine it with some good food choices and it should give you a jump start.

Are you getting enough exercise? I only lose when I exercise.
