Houston Dr taking Mx Patients

Hello all,

:)

I can tell you now that I had a really hard time locating a Dr. in the Houston and surrounding areas that would accept a Mexico patient. Most of not all of the Dr.'s here either will not accept us or they want you to "join" their organization which is an additional "X" amount of dollars on top of the Dr. visit.

I found a lovely doctor. Dr. Farrari. His number is (713) 864-5487. I really don't know how many openings he has but I'm just glad that I was one of them!

Thanks and happy losing!

Cyndi

Hi Cyndi,

I was banded in Monterrey, Mexico and live in Little Rock, Arkansas. I have had difficulty too with my fill here. I found a local doc to do the fill yesterday, but I had to put up with a big lecture on Americans going to Mexico, a sour grapes attitude and a huge bill. A very unpleasant experience. I'll be looking elsewhere - another state if needed - for my next fill. I am making a note of your doctor's name! Thanks!
