Almost 2 Years After Surgery, I'm having problems....HELP!

I had my surgery in March of 2007. I lost 76 pounds so far, and it has been going great. I reached my goal of 170 pounds, but I want to keep going! Now I am hoping to get to 150. However, I am having some problems with my band.

I have not gotten a recent adjustment, in fact, its been about 6 or 7 months since I've had one. In the beginning, I thought I had finally found the perfect amount. I was eating great, not too much, but not too little, and I was consistently losing weight. However, the past month or so, my band has been SUPER TIGHT! I don't know why this might be. I can't eat ANYTHING but soup, and even THAT comes up sometimes. Especially time of day. In the morning, I can't even have two spoons of yogurt. And at night, I try to have soup, and sometimes I can get an entire bowl down, but sometimes, nothing stays down. I am constantly throwing up everything I put into my mouth. I don't know what this could be!

I made an appointment with doctor for last week, I missed it because of traffic, and am going again next week. But I wanted to know if anyone had any ideas of what happened to me, or any kind of tips. Plus it would be great to know I'm not alone, so if this has happened to you...let me know.

Thanks everyone!!

Until you see your doctor, you can't know for sure, but those are some of the classic symptoms of a band slip. I hope all is well, and you find out you just need an unfill. Good luck.
