Waiting patiently

Hello everyone I was banded on 10/02/09. So far I lost 20 pounds so far. Is that about normal? But it is so hard to figure out what to eat or not eat? Which excise to do or not do? Now the weekend is here I do not cook at home. So my family likes to eat out and its hard to figure out what to eat? Especially if there is no soup on the memu. Could someone please advise.

You could always choose eggs or cottage cheese. Something like that? I went out to eat with my family yesterday and got a mushroom swiss burger without the roll but I also got a side of mashed potatos. I ended up bringing most of it home, but at least I was able to eat something! :crying:
