Mexico or Canada

Hi I am currently trying to decide if I should go to Mexico or stay in Canada for my surgery. Could anyone tell me their experience with going to Mexico, cost, dr. accommodations and such? I was also wondering for those of you who had their surgery in BC who you would recommend and the costs for those dr.s? I live on Vancouver Island. thank you:smile2:
