Plastic surgery...Mexico?

Has anyone had or planning on having cosmetic surgery? I still have more weight to loose, but I am planning early! I have been doing some research on medical tourism, but I am not sure. I want/need a tummy tuck :o. I would assume the prices in Maryland are average unlike New York and California, which seem to be more expensive. 10K is out of my budget! Ok guys and gals...I need your feedback .

I'd try and see if you can't get it covered by your insurance first.... panniculectomy (I think that's the name) is also removal of extra tissue... but they don't tighten up the abdominal muscles.

I'd research/talk to your doctor first to see if there's any options available to you

As a matter of fact.... I think there's a plastic surgery forum here on LBT!

I was told by a friend that it the excess skin is causing dermatological problems like frequent and persistent rashes then the plastic surgery would be covered by insurance, you may wnat to look into that option. Another option is the dominican repubic. My ever so vain SIL goes everyother year to get something done ( lipo, tummy tuck, breast reduction, vagi-reconstruction). If you're an american tourist and willing to sepnd about 5 grand you can get top notch surgeon there.
