Scale jinx...

Ok so I've discovered that my new super-accurate scale...isn't at all accurate the first weigh in of the morning:( I let it go to 00...stepped on it...and got 179lbs and about jumped up and down for joy...but then I stood on it again...got 182. did it three more times still 182...stupid scale...I got so excited when I thought that I had almost broke this 2.5 month plateau:(

(I have had plateau's last for 5-6 months so...I'm REALLY hoping this isn't one of those times)

My scales do that all the time. Apparently digital scales are not as super accurate as you think - the old fashioned kind they have in the Dr's are the best.

But does it really matter? If you do a weekly comparison you should still see the movement down whether they are super accurate or not.
