Help please!!

A couple weeks ago I woke up with this excruciating pain in my chest (like the diaphragm area, right under my breasts) that spand the width of my chest. It was like this super tight painful feeling and I couldn't breathe, I was basically hyperventilating. I thought at first it was heartburn but It was like 10 times worse than that, and it took like an hour to finally pass. It felt like something was stuck in my pouch or soemthing and like I needed to throw it up but I couldn't. I have had 4 fills and have never had a problem eating any kinds of food. Then today it happened again and idk what to do or what it is! I cant see the Dr for another few days and I'm really worried. Also idk if this has anything to do with it but lately I have been hungry all the time and actually think i am gaining weight. I just dont know what to do.:( Please help??
