Left side pain

OK so for the past few days on and off, I have had a pain in my left side. Any ideas? It's not horriable, but at times it feels like I am being stabbed. Could it just be gas? Didn't have any of this until I had my fill last week. Your words of wisdom would be appreciated.

I get this pain after every fill..for me it is gas..

It is like a sideache like when wewere kids and ran too fast, thats what mine feels like
