Lots of liquid Protein in the form of shakes (unjury) and Ispoure (grape frost & blue raspberry) drinks.

Typical day:

Breakfast: shake

snack: 1/2 Isopure drink

lunch: Soup - my doc allowed creamy Soups as long as I watched the carbs

snack: the remaining half of the isopure drink

dinner: soup and yogurt

also, most evenings I'd have one of the following before bed:

yogurt: low-fat sugar free

Jello: sugar free

popcicle: sugar free

protein bullet - if I didn't reach the protein target

You'll be surprised at how full you'll be if you take in 80-100g of protein.
