Avatar Help!!!

I am trying to upload my own avatar and it says my file is not a valid GIF, JPG, or PNG file........does anyone know what I have to do to change my file so it will upload? PLEASE HELP I AM GOING CRAZY!!!!!LOL

There are a few programs that can convert to jpg or gif. Do you have Adobe Photoshop? Or try another pic, if you have no luck email me the pic and I will convert it for you and send it back.

Angie, I changed mine to 50x50 pixel and then put it in GIF format because the FPG format just did not work for me. is yours alot smaller than everyone elses?

IF so make it a little bigger than 50x50 and see if it will go thru. Hope this helps. It only took me 3 hours last night and 20 minutes today so hang in there...lol

are you using pixels?
