Concerns about exercise

I am concerned about starting exercises. I have been walking but I want to do more. I was banded Aug. 25th. I would like to start to work on my upper body especial my arms.

    I agree...check with your doctor to find out what if any restrictions you have.

    I wasn't allowed to do any heavy weight lifting until about 6 weeks, and no ab work until 8 weeks.
