Is It Too Tight?

I got my 2nd fill last Thursday for a total of 3.6cc I'm having problems eating/drinking anything - mushies not too bad, but everything else, even drinking seems to hurt. Does this mean I should get an unfill? or, wait a few more days to see if my stomach is still just adjusting to the change?

Definitely too tight. If you cannot eat 4 ounces of protein and half a cup of veggies in a sitting you are not going to be able to follow the standard bander diet. Eating only mushies is NOT gong to help you lose weight. Call your doc, get some saline taken out, you'll do better!

Yep, I agree. That was actually the thinking I had when I went for a small unfill after my first fill. Every time I tried to eat anything other than liquids I had trouble. Mushies were uncomfortable. What I tried to do was go on liquids for 24 hours, then test my soft mushies, then full mushies...just because I wanted to be sure I wasn't dealing with stoma swelling that would eventually go down. No such luck. The .4cc unfill was just the ticket.
