bread ?'s

So, I know alot of people have problems with "bread" but does this mean all bread or just doughy bread? What about sandwich bread? toatsed bread? donuts? tortillas? I mean is is all "bread products" or just eating a big roll? Will I ever be able to eat a sandwich or egg mcmuffin again, or do I just have to avoid a roll?

Forgot to add to the list: dry cereal! I can sometimes drink a glass of milk and then nibble on dry Cereal afterward. That usually satisfies my carb craving.

Note too that there are a lot of antidepressants out there that tend to increase carb cravings. Preband I was on Zoloft for many years and had a HORRIBLE carb addiction. I"m off the drug and have the band and now barely crave carbs at all. It's nice to be in control of that addiction. I haven't bought a loaf of bread in 16 months.

I basically can't eat bread. I can eat rye toast if it is toasted REALLY well and I eat it SLOW. If it is soft, forget it. I can nibble on the crust of french or sour dough bread or rolls but can't eat the insides. I have to be really careful with crackers too. l Let's extend that being careful to pasta and I can't eat rice at all. I can eat a whole wheat tortilla if it is wrapped around sandwich material and I eat REALLY slow, bet then I have to eat really slow all the time.
