I bought ankle weights to pack on the pounds... they looked

ridiculous so I traded them in for diving weights... :)

Nothing to confess. My insurance has a written exclusion for any weight loss surgery. When you have that, there is no way in hell to get them to cover it, period. I knew before I ever even talked to my PCP about lap band that it was out of my pocket.

I asked my pcp to send to to sleep study not knowing that I actually had apnea. It was a good thing since I am sleeping much better now and the insurance approved me for the band.
