help QUESTION!! im not sure what this is

i know i am still having a slight gas issue up in my chest and shoulder. BUT ... every once in a while i am feeling pressure under my chest bone like a painful burp...(but i dont burp) and they it feels like something moves and it passes... does anyone feel pressure like this... ??/ Do you think its gas... or is the pouch emptying??? Or swelling??? Im a little nervous...

    Hey mommie, I had some of this as well but as the days go by it's subsided. I'm chacking it up to gas !! Gas can be very sneaky and take many forms including making you think ur having a massive heart attack !!!
