estimate at least?

I just had my first fill 2 days ago. He put in 3.2cc but I am not feeling any more restriction than I did before the fill. Is there at least a range of where people start to fill restriction? I know everyone is different but I am wondering where to aim for when I go in next time. I don't want to waste another free fill.

Hi there I guess that just shows that everyone is different. I had my 2nd fill on Monday as stated on previous threads and he gave me 2.5cc and I feel like I'm stuffed, I couldn't even swallow my daily vitamins without them being stuck.. Maybe I will loosen up in a couple of days.. but I have a week on liquids. It guess it depends how your body and how large is your band... I really don't know the size of my band but the NP seems to think it's 10.
