I have the Mirena IUD and my doc said that once it has been removed for atleast 6-8 weeks...there should be no problems in conceiving. Hope this helps.

I got mine out 6/16/09, first period 6/18/09 and I am now 8 weeks pregnant. My Dr said it could happen this fast, but we have had infertility issues in the past so I expected it to take awhile.

Good Luck!!

I would be ready as soon as you get it out. I had mine out in May and conceived less than a week later. Freaky fast!
