Is there any difference between mixing a powdered Protein with Water as directed or mixing it in something such as yogurt?
I am on Clear liquids with fat free milk and nonfat yogurt (dr orders). I really hate yogurt but I found it was much more appealing if mixed with a scoop of Isopure dutch chocolate Protein powder. This is also more enjoyable than mixing the same amount of powder in 11 oz of water to drink (amount dr. said).
Do you still get the full benefits of protein powder by eating it?
