Apple Pie Smoothie

1 serving of canned apples

1 teasp vanilla ext

1/2 teasp cinnamon

1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder

1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 cup Cool Whip Free

Blend and eat!!:wink:

I use plain canned apples. If you go fat free on everything the main calories are in the apples!! If its not sweet enough you can put splenda in it!!:wink2:
