Does anyone have BCBS Tennessee insurance?

Hello, just wondering if anyone has BCBS of Tennessee insurance and had the lap band done. Just wondering how hard it is to get approved. I called the insurance and they said they cover it if it is medically necessary. I just want to know anyones experience with this insurance.

Also, anyone had Dr. Andrew Kramer in Kingsport, TN do your surgery and if so, how was your experience?
