I have heartburn in my chest, without reflux, which has me a little worried, but I'm not in terrible pain.

Sounds like you are too tight all of a sudden. I'd call your doctor and get in right away to have it checked.

Has anyone out there ever had a gas pouch under their ribs on the left side, I will get horrible pains under my ribs and hard to breathe also, the only time there is any relief is if I fart, burp, or go to the bathroom #2 it is mainly in the mornings and then will go away most of the time then will kind of start to hit in the evening. Anybody ????

It says this is your first post? How far post-op are you? Gas in the abdominal cavity is a very common issue for the first week or so post-op and it can be quite painful! Move around as much as you can. Walk, rock in a rocking chair, whatever keeps you in motion for as much as you can stand will help a lot. Also, if the pain radiates up into your shoulder, a heating pad can help a lot as well.

If you are much farther post-op, I'm not sure what to suggest.
