There are so many variables, it is hard to tell what will happen in your case. Age, length of time overweight, how much wt you lose, and genetics are only some of the factors that play into it. There are many posters on both sides of the issue who post here, Unfortunately I am on the side where I will need a TT and boob lift. Best wishes,

Thanks for the info. I'm having surgery on Aug. 12, 09. Having the surgery doesn't worry me as much as what happens after the weight loss, if I will have saggy skin. I guest I better plan on a TT also.
