I was tighter than usual last night ate a fast burger . It is really painful specially when I'm standing and when I lay down i'ts bad back pain. Is it just gas or is the food still stuck ? Because I feel hungry again but no way I'll eat anything.

my pain is always in my back when i get stuck or just ate too much. Just take it slow and eat liquids for a day till the pain subsides

I always get back pain when I overeat.

My back has been hurting lately too and tonight my port area is sore. I wonder if I am eating too much too.
