I was banded in North Jersey by another doctor but can no longer travel to north jersey,so I needed a doctor here in south jersey.I went to Dr. Yves Manigat as a new patient,referred by a lapband member. I have to say he is an excellent doctor,who makes you feel comfortable. He had no problem taking me on as a patient,even though I was banded elsewhere. he has a lot of patients so be prepared to wait.As soon as my other medical problems are clear I plan to go back to him and get back on track.

I agree - Dr. Manigat is a great surgeon and is dedicated to his patients and takes his time with each and everyone so that they understand the procedure before and after. He is very busy and you may have to wait - but it is worth it. I have had the LapBand over 2 years with no complications and have been at goal for a long time.
