Hello everyone! I am just excited and wanted to share my little experience. Yesterday I went to the pool in my bathing suit in public for the first time since I was a kid!!! I really enjoyed it! I still have some weight to lose and I am by no means perfect but for one of the first times I felt normal! That is priceless!!!!:thumbup:

There is nothing like feeling confident in yourself. I throught that being heavier did not bother me, but know that I have lost some weight I know I lacked some confidence in myself. Congrads

I understand completely! I never let being fat keep me away from my precious beaches, but to know that people aren't looking at me and wondering what I was thinking when I put on my suit is a very good feeling.
