eating well today

Most of the time the band keeps me in check and sometimes I override it, no matter how I eat I always feel like i'm overeating even when I am not. Does anyone else ever feel this way?

I guess you've got to learn to stop before you're stuffed much like any successful dieter would? I've wondered about this and wondered if that's the reason why if the band is removed people tend to regain lots of weight - are they always looking for that same fullness?

Train the brain to know that you ARE doing good. Just because you are banded, your brain needs to unlearn years of thinking one way. Give yourself some time, I have no doubt you'll do teriffic ;)

Hang in there Tracy.... *HUGS*
