I went fruit crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i totally pigged out on watermelon...honey dew and cantaloupe over the memorial day weekend and now i'm freaking out!!!!!!!!!!!!! i felt like eating melon all weekend long....i exercised like crazy...but i'm worried i ate tons of sugar....can u burn off sugar from fruit when u exercise????????? i didnt eat a lot of anything else but fruit!!!!!!!!!!!! i OVER ATE fruit!!!!!!!!!!!! i know its better than pigging out on cookies or cake...but i dont know what got in2 me!!!!!!!!!! i just couldnt stop...it was cold....sweet and delicious....now i feel guilty...i feel like i gained five pounds and stretched out my pouch!!!!!!!!!!!!:blush::blush::blush::blush:

Since, what you eat is mostly Water you should be safe,

Yes workouts can burn off the sugar, it is just math how much did you take in and how much do you have to burn off.

thanks for the response...i went to the dr. yesterday 4 issues not due to my band...and i did gain a pound....she doubts its from the fruit...lol....and i didnt stretch out my pouch!!!!!!!!!!! i have cut it down to 2 watermelon balls!!!!!!!! wiping the sweat off my 4 head...lol
