Third Fill Finally

Well I finally broke down and got my third fill. I thought I did not need it, but after gaining 4 lbs I know I needed to do something.

When they checked, I have lost 1 cc so I guess I did need a fill! I hope the "liquid" stage after the fill maybe I will lose those 4 lbs.

Gilta,

70 lbs is great !!! We all go through plateau's. I'm surprised about you losing liquid from your fill.

My doctor said that bands can feel tight or looser at any given time with Water retention, even with men. I had my 4th fill in Feb. I'm at 4ccs in a 10cc band.

I feel I'm at a good point, maybe another .5 but I don't want to mess with a good thing right now. I hope to lose another 15 more by my one year bandaversary in 3 months.....

Exercising every day has been my biggest accomplishment besides my 58lbs..

Keep up the good work.

You are doing great!

I was told that there is some loss of Fluid since the band is not a closed system. I was surprised by how much, but my band PA said it wasn't a big deal.

I go back in July to get another fill. I am only 5cc's in a 14cc band and I really do not feel much restriction.

We will both get there!
