Stretched Pouch---breathing difficulty

I am wondering if I have stretched my pouch. What are the symptoms? I recently received a small fill and now I seem to have breathing challenges. I can't inhale deeply without coughing. Can anyone give me some insight?

Is this all the time, or just after you've eaten or had liquids? I do that sometimes when eating; I think it's my body's way of saying "you're getting full and if you keep on I'll make you SOOOORRRY" LOL

However if it is fairly constant, or not tied to something you can control, you should call your doc
