Submitted to insurance compay

My information was submitted to my insurance company today. Yeah!!! After almost 5 months of tests, studies etc. My insurance company is Keystone Health Plan East and I was just wondering what the time frame is for approval, rejection etc. or how long other people have had to wait before they heard anything.
