Timeline-If All Goes Well...

Hi. I have Aetna HMO and they require a 6 month supervised diet and exercise program. My first appt with PA at surgeons office counts as #1 month. She ordered tests (EKG, Blood, Mammo, Ob/Gyn, Psych, UpperGI). #2 visit (second month) was last week. We covered test results (Anemic/Add Iron Suppliments) and (Vit D Deficient/Add Vit D Suppliments). Next visit in June #3 month. Will see nutritionist. She told me that visits 4, 5, and 6 will alternate between nutritionist and surgeon. So...my question is...will my paperwork be submitted to insurance company at the end of the 6 months (September) and then pre-op and surgery scheduling beyond that? Can I estimate surgery date at this point? Just for the sake of estimating....and getting pretty Freaking excited!
