Intestinal issues (TMI sorry!)

I'm not a happy camper. I've been to the bathroom about 10 times since getting to work. This is not fun! I think the refried beans I've been eating for days have made my digestive track go bonkers. I don't think this is a band issue, more of a food tolerance issue. All I know is it's miserable!

I am sorry to hear that. Can you take some anti-diahrea (sp) medicine to help you?

TMI!!!!! NEVER!!!!!! LOL

I posted on a thread my issue. During my Mushy/Liquid stage I had very little happening back there and some point I felt like a rock (not really feel it but felt a bit of pain like there was one) in my belly and I honestly think I could feel it move through the track if you will had a business lunch at a mexican restureant hd the refried Beans and a day later felt "the rock" go the rest of the way, all the way. Been fine since.

Like my turn sorry if TMI but thses are the kind of things that come up with our meal plans.
