Need Some Advise

I have a 14cc band. I had my surgery in November and I have had 3 fills. The last fill put me at 9cc's. Since my last fill I can not eat much more than 1/4 cup of food at a time. Some days I can eat more but other days I barely eat anything. Some days I struggle to drink Water. I PB a lot...not everyday but a lot. I also have horrible heartburn. My question is do you think my band is too tight? I am considering having a little bit taken out.

Is 1/4 cup of food normal? I eat good healthy food but just not much.

I've lost 54lbs and I'm afraid that if I have it loosened I will stop losing.

Any advise is appreciated

Yes, it sounds like you're way too tight. If you're having trouble getting water down you are probably on your way to dehydration as well. You can still lose weight and get a little saline taken out of your band. Please take care of yourself and let us know how you make out.
