Inamed Handbook

Just a quick question.

Is there a new Inamed Handbook out? When I was at the doctor's office last week I asked for one and was given the one with the sliming Julianne Moore looking woman on the front of it. The one I printed out of the Inamed site was blue with butterflies.

Anybody know?
