Start by asking your band doc's nurses who they refer to and make an appt. That is how I did it and I went yesterday to meet and be assessed and find out the cost of different procedures so I can save up. I am nowhere near goal but needed to have a plan of action. I also asked my friends and hairdresser if they had any special knowledge. A lot of PS have their own websites now and show some of their work. Good luck and let us know.

can't you just call and schedule an appointment with the surgeon? I mean, you have to have some followup, right? Can your PCP give you a referral to a plastic surgeon?

YAY! Congrats! I can't tell you what an inspiration you are to someone like me. I'm hoping that my OCD will kick in and I can be as strict as you are. I know I have been in the past. Hell, I did it for years before I got sick. I know I can do it again :) I'm pretty good at kicking my own ass haha.

Good luck and let us know how it turns out!
