Upper Back Pain

I had a fill back in February. I dont' feel tight or restricted, although I can eat or drink very small amounts at a time. The problem I have is pack pain in my upper back. It's extraordinarly painful, and it seems to happen after I eat or drink. Since I don't feel like i'm too tight, i'm wondering if the band could be causing the pain.

Has anyone had anything similar happen? It's not gas, and it ususally goes away on it's own, until I happen to eat or drink again. Any thoughts?

I was banded on Feb 13 and I had that feeling for about two weeks. I had my first fill on Apr 1 and I've had that same back pain again. It's not constant and it's not after every meal, so I'm not sure why it's happening. Maybe due to swelling after surgery and then again after a fill??? At least I know now I'm not the only one

I have the same problem, especially when I eat too fast and/or too much. It hurts right between my shoulder blades. I sometimes get my back massager and massage the area to help it pass. It is frustrating when it happens!
