My fill appointment and thoughts and such

I had my fill on the second. I have been doing Protein shakes all day and probably will for at least half of tomorrow. I guess I'll see what I can do.

I'm going to:

*Eat Slower

*Sit and relax when eating...I have a problem with this:thumbdown:

My doctor told me that not relaxing and eating slowly can cause me to not keep the food down.

*Eat MORE Protein. I have not been doing well with this.

*Exercising everyday...I bought an Ipod so I'm going to walk at the local College before I work every day...

Plus, I'm going to do a video of some kind on the weekends if I cannot get in a walk.

*Journal all food and exercise...ALL of it...

I really need to get my butt in gear and get this weight off. I have been slacking with exercise so thats going to stop. I'm hoping to be running by June.

*Short Term Goal..Lose 12-15 pounds by May 12th...My next fill date...

**I need to quit making excuses for not exercising and JUST DO IT...**

Thank you all for listening to me go on...

Great goals and steps to moving forward.

For fitness, if you'd like to get running, I highly suggest the Couch to 5K program you can find at Cool Running :: running run training marathon runners jogging jogger joggers runner run fitness exercise diet weight loss nut.... I was amazed at how I was able to go from not much running to running a 5K, at still well over 200 lbs. Best of luck!

Awesome! I wish you success for your goals!

Oh how I wish I could jog again...
