Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor Getting back on track

Hi all. My name is Denise. I am from Philadelphia. I had my band placed in March 2007. My starting weight was 263. I originally lost 40 pounds. Had one fill in August of 2007 then got off track. My current weight is 239. I went for my 2nd fill today. I am trying to get back on track. I didn't go through all of this to lose 25 pounds. I am just looking for support to help me get back on track. Thanks! Denise

Hey Denise, I have had similar issues, I also need someone to talk to and encourage me with the weight loss. I wish I had done this sooner, I have lost 104 lbs since my surgery in 2006 but have put back 20lbs recently. Lets help each other loose weight. I will be a great help once I get back on track ) I'm based in the UK. Contact me on skype: my ID is adroit.dreams and my email address is sharjeel0@gmail.com
