Hello my name is Sonya. I was banded on March 27, 2009. My problem is I'm having a hard time sticking to the liquids. I don't know what to do. Please give me some advise. I'm concern that I'm going to hurt myself by cheating a little bit. Please give me a solution to my problem.:smile2:

I was banded just a few days after you! I know what you mean about the liquid diet! :scared2: I am just too afraid to take any bites of anything and risk damaging myself in some way! Remember, it is only for a couple of weeks that you need to be on only liquids.... knowing that there is an end to this helps me to get through it day by day! HTH! God bless!
