1st Real Food

Tonight I am going to have my first real food since being banded. I must admit I'm kind of scared.

I've cooked the chicken "to death" as my husband puts it, so I know it will be tender and I'm having French-style string Beans which should be no problem. But still, I'm worried something will get stuck and I will vomit and my band will move and I'll have to start all over again!
