First Post- took me a while!

 hey there. I'm looking for any tips that will give me a reboost. I had surgery in 11/08. Between pre & post I lost 41 lbs. Last 6 wks I have gained 10 lbs back and my brain is insane again. Need saving in Cincinnati! I put this similar message on a blog. Be patient with me because I'm computer challenged so I still don't know the difference between a post, a thread or a blog. I did "chat" with some nice folks today who sounded like The View as they were all talking at once but I got out of there fast. Thx.

I can only suggest you make yourself accountable. It is a Dr Phil thing.

Do not allow yourself to watch TV for example until you have walked out your front door and away from your house for 15 minutes. You will come back and have walked 30 mins.
