I'm glad its over with. Knee pain can be mindblowing, especially if you sit down or get up to fast. I have wicked arthritis in the knees and degenerative disc disease in my spine along with a few bone spirs and arthritis. I can relate to the bone to bone rubbing.

I wouldn't worry about the weight gain, like you said, your knee is swollen so mostlikely its just that plus Water weight.

Take it easy, and feel better quick !!
