plateau in weight loss

I have lost from 229 to 163lbs. and can't seem to lose anymore weight. When I went in Jan the doctor said it was too tight and that my pouch was a little dilated and he removed 1/2 cc of fluid. I am due to go back in a few weeks for a recheck with a different doctor(insurance changed). Any suggestions to increase weight loss?
